Senior night saw the team put together a pair of two set region victories.  Honoring seniors Andrea Gonzalez and Tyler Andrews for their contribution to the volleyball program was the main objective of the night.  Objective number two was winning both matches to ensure they would have at least one more home game in the Mark Kelly Gym in Round 1 of the region tournament.  The wins locked in the three seed for the upcoming region tournament.  The team will play Chattahoochee in a rematch of last nights match on October 6th in the Mark Kelly Gym.

The Centennial match was led by the hitting of sophomore Courtlyn Richard and junior Claire McEnaney.  Outstanding job of running the offense by sophomore Catherine Morris and of course the outstanding defense from Gonzalez and Andrews.  This all led to a 25-7,25-12 victory over the visiting Knights.

Against Chattahoochee in the night cap McEnaney and Richard continued to impress but were joined by a strong hitting match by sophomore Stella House and junior Lukenya Moleka.  Sophomore Eveliina Campbell was the assist leader and House and Gonzalez paced the defense to lead to the 25-17,25-13 win.
