2026 Tryouts:
Middle School:
Middle school tryouts have concluded. Thank you to all who participated. You can see the rosters of those who were selected for the Gold and Navy teams. There is a $250 fee for participation to pay for officials, tournament entry fees, cloth and facility use that will be collected when formal practices begin the week of July 26. The coaches will be in contact regarding possible summer opportunities to play and with specific practice times.
High School:
Tryouts for all high school teams will be held in the fall (beginning on July 26 at 3pm), we will give details on the specific times as the tryouts get closer.
Summer Schedule:
Strength and Conditioning:
We are going to offer an "Off-Season" lifting group from 7:00-8:00 on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings. We will begin June 1st and run through the last week in July, with June 29-July 3 being the GHSA Dead Week with no workouts. This will be a Co-Ed group, open to all off-season high school athletes. Remember that it is up to each sport's coach to ensure that their athletes have an up-to-date physical on file.
High School Open Gym:
We are offering open gym sessions on a drop-in basis on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-8 pm. These will be more pick-up games and less organized drills so players need to be able to jump in and play not come expecting to be taught the game. We will begin June 1st and run through the last week in July, with June 29-July 3 being the GHSA Dead Week with no sessions.
Team Camp:
We are attending team camp this year at Emory University from July 20-22. Returning varsity and JV players have been invited to register with Emory at this link. Last years freshman team players and incoming freshmen players will be invited by the coaching staff as spaces are available based on performance at open gym events.
