Last night at Spellman Field at the Seaver Family Sports Complex, the Golden Lion baseball team (10-10, 7-0 in region) defeated the Southwest DeKalb Panthers (6-9, 2-5 in region) 12-1.

The Golden Lions will travel to Southwest DeKalb High School on Friday for the second, and final, game of the series. First pitch at 5:00 p.m.
