2026 Middle School Football Registration is OPEN

Middle School Football - These tackle programs are the feeder point for our high school team and are open to all players who are planning to apply to attend St. Pius X in 9th grade. There are two middle teams: 8th grade & 6th/7th grade. Both teams play a full schedule of games versus other middle school teams from the metro Atlanta area. Players are taught the fundamentals of the game; an offensive & defensive position along with proper techniques for blocking and tackling. The middle school teams learn and run the same offense and defense as our Varsity football players who play on Friday nights. Led by an outstanding group of coaches (St. Pius X Alumni and Community Coaches) these teams are an excellent start in learning the "Golden Lion" way.
- 6th/7th grade team - Strength and conditioning sessions available summer; training camp and games begin in August; with practices M -Th (6:30pm) and games on Saturdays. (Note - Rising 5th graders interested in a tackle program may also register for this team)
