ATLANTA - What a night to remember for Heidi Beck, and Golden Lion fans everywhere. 
Needing just six rebounds, the junior post player grabbed her 500th career board early in the game. Legendary voice of the Golden Lions Bill Meagher announced the achievement to a rapturous applause at the Mark Kelly Gymnasium. But Beck wasn't done yet, scoring 24 points in a red-hot second half surge to put her past 500 for her career. The 59-29 scoreline over North Springs was the Golden Lions' fourth straight win, moving the team to 12-6 overall and 7-2 in region play.
