On Saturday, March 8, the Golden Lions defeated the North Springs Spartans 5-0. The Golden Lions record on the season improved to 12-0 (3-0 in region). 

McKale Stevenson '25 pitched a complete game shutout (7 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 13 SO, 1 BB, 1 HBP, 80 pitches, 60 strikes). 

Charles Ashe '25 went 2-3 with a double and solo home run. Six different Golden Lions had hits in the game - Michael Dee '25, Nolan Newsham '27, Bobby Frierson '27, Connor Tysver '28, Pete Kostopoulos '27 and Archer Love '25. Aiden Portee '25 had a sacrifice fly in his first game action of the season since returning from injury.
