The Golden Lions (13-0, 4-0 in region) defeated the North Springs Spartans 11-2 at Spellman Field on Monday, March 10. The offense was lead by Charles Ashe '25 (2-3, 2 R, 4 RBI, 2 HR) and Michael Dee '25 (2-3, 3 R, 4 RBI, 2 HR, 1 SB).  Nolan Newsham '27, Connor Tysver '28, Logan Lucas '25, Aiden Portee '25, Royce Woodson '26 and Andrew Biggers '28 also had hits in the game. 

Starting pitcher Colton Sumpter '27 (5.1 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 0 ER, 5 SO, 1 BB) provided a quality start and Will Freeman '25 (1.2 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 2 SO, 0 BB) finished the game in relief.
