Coach Wannemacher (SPX '06) returns to the Golden Lions coaching staff after a year away. He was an assistant coach for the freshman team from 2009 through 2020. From 2021 to 2024, Coach Wannemacher was as an assistant varsity football coach. He has also coached baseball, basketball and soccer for St. Pius X, and currently serves as the Director of Facilities and Operations. Coach Wannemacher and his wife Lisette (SPX '06), have three children, Pace (12), Palmer (10) and Annie (7) and live in Lilburn.
