On Saturday at Spellman Field at the Seaver Family Sports Complex, the Golden Lions softball team hosted the annual "Pink Out" games. The "Pink Out" is held each season by the softball team in memory of Matt McIntyre (Head Softball Coach, 2013-14) and Margaret Gilbert (Assistant Swimming Coach, 2003-09), who both courageously fought cancer. Throughout the day, raffle tickets were sold for dozens of items. Proceeds from the raffle benefit the Margaret Soulen Gilbert Scholarship, which is awarded to students who exhibit strong faith and commitment to their faith, family, and school.
