ATHENS -  The boys basketball team stand on the brink of something special.
No team in program history has gone an entire season undefeated, let alone win a boys state championship. 
They have a chance to do both, after a stunning 4-game run through the GHSA Playoffs, which sees the top-ranked Golden Lions (32-0) reach the title decider for the fourth time in program history. 
The squad face Pace Academy Thursday, March 12 at 7:30pm in Macon Coliseum. Tickets are available here. 

• During their run to the state championship game, the Golden Lions have outscored their opponents 334-239, an average win margin of nearly 24 points per game
• Star guard and Clemson commit Harris Reynolds has netted, 38, 38 and 33 point in the last 3 games
